how does your garden grow?

i really have no idea why some of my garden is growing. i don't know what i'm doing and don't really have much of a green thumb, but we've been successful in about half of the seeds we planted.
here is katya with our 18 beans that we got on our first harvest--the kids didn't care for them too much!

then, i finally noticed that we had some zucchini, which by then had grown to 3 lbs. the kids didn't care for that much either, but nate and i thoroughly enjoyed it!

eventually, we should have some carrots and some mini pumpkins--next year i'll try to figure out how to do more!

I am so glad you started a blog. Your kids crack me up. And for the record, I am sooooo glad my kids haven't pulled any one of the stunts that Katya has pulled recently! Man alive! Do you have imp blood?

Mom told me you have a blog...We are into that as well, although I am not so good at the upkeep. It is nice to see pictures of your family whereas I never really would and read your stories directly from you rather than hear the rumors through our great family gossip-vine. Your children are beautiful and now I can see why I don't want Quintin to learn to walk very soon!!! Ha ha
Love, Cori

I LOVE your blog! I am so glad you started one, it makes it feel like we are there keeping up with the kids. The stories of Katya and the haircut were just what I needed to make me laugh (but I don't think if I was you I would have laughed). Kaitlyn has many similar traits of Katya, lets hope I don't have a week like that to post soon. (I did have the haircut incident but that was a one and only incident for the week)
